How to cancel your Carts Guru account

Please send an email to cancel@carts.guru requesting to cancel your account. Make sure to email us from the address associated with your Carts Guru account, or we will be unable to process your cancellation.

In case you change your mind about canceling your account, you have 60 days to restart your campaigns again. After 60 days, your account will be permanently deleted and you will need to get in touch with us directly to open a new account again.
